1. About JobMaxx

JobMaxx (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a job board for people looking for work. We source the listings ourselves. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, submits a fraudulent application or report, or abuses the site.

3. Job Seekers

Browsing is free and does not require an account. A free account adds saved jobs, fit scoring, and email alerts.

You apply on the hiring company's own site. JobMaxx does not take that application or decide who gets an interview.

You agree not to submit false applications, impersonate others, or use automated tools to scrape or mass-apply to listings.

Your profile is used to run your account on JobMaxx. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Listings

We list jobs we pull from career pages we choose to include. Companies do not post jobs here, and nobody pays to place a listing.

A public listing has to include a salary range and a description from that source. Jobs without pay stay off the board.

We take a listing down when it leaves the source, or when we accept a report that it is misleading. We do not guarantee that a listing is still open, complete, or that applying will get a reply. The hiring company is responsible for the role and for what happens after you apply.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use JobMaxx to:

• Post or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Harvest contact details of other users without consent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, moderation, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform for a competing service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Content Ownership

You keep what you submit: profile details, a resume, a cover letter, and reports. By submitting it you let JobMaxx store and use it to run your account.

The text of a job comes from the career page we sourced it from. We display that text so you can decide whether to apply. We do not claim to have written it, and we may remove a listing without notice.

7. Platform Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

JobMaxx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, current, or that applying to a listed role will result in an interview or offer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobMaxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobMaxx is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
