For job seekers

Stop applying to jobs that hide the pay or already closed.

If they won't name a salary, the job doesn't go public. We check listings and take down ones nobody will confirm. When you fill in a profile, we show what matches and what doesn't — not a mystery score.

What you get

The parts other boards still treat as optional.

The salary is on the listing

No “competitive compensation.” If they won't name numbers, they don't get a public post.

Old jobs come down

We check listings we pull from company career pages. Direct employers have 14 days to say the job is still open. After that it expires. I'd rather look smaller than leave closed jobs in search.

See the mismatch before you apply

Skills you have, skills you don't, anything that's a hard miss. Use it to skip the obvious wastes of time. It is not a promise you'll get the interview.

A person reads the first post

New company, first listing: a human looks at it. Scam posts should die in that queue, not in your inbox.

Some jobs use your saved profile

Those you can apply to on JobMaxx without retyping everything. Others still send you to the company site. We don't pretend otherwise.

Alerts that don't nag

Save a search. We email new matches. The same job never comes twice. Unsubscribe is one click.

You can start without a resume

Browse first if you want. An account is for match scores, saved jobs, and email alerts.

1
Tell us the basics you already know

Level, skills, city or remote, lowest pay you'll take. That's what turns matching on. Leave gaps if you want — we won't invent them.

2
Narrow the list

Pay, remote, category, how new it is. Sort by match if you filled a profile, or by newest if you're just looking around.

3
Apply only if it still looks real

Check the range, when it was last confirmed, and whether the employer was reviewed. If it's a miss, close the tab.

Nobody pays to bury a listing.

Employers don't buy the top of the list. Extra reach is earned by posting listings that belong here. You don't pay either.

Job seeker FAQ →
  • We don't sell your data. Not the profile, not the search history, not to advertisers.
  • No fake heat. You won't see “12 people applied in the last hour.” We don't have that number, and we wouldn't use it if we did.
  • Filters stay free. Pay, remote, experience. We don't lock the useful ones behind a seeker plan.
  • No mystery ranking. The match number is a checklist you can read. If it looks dumb, you can tell.
  • Download or delete. On your profile. A file of your data, or a confirmed wipe. We don't keep a souvenir.
  • Report the listing. One click. I try to look at reports within a day.

Go look. You don't owe us an account first.
