Pay, remote, category, how new it is. Sort by match if you filled a profile, or by newest if you're just looking around.
Check the range and when the source was last checked. If it's a miss, close the tab.

Companies don't pay to sit at the top. You don't pay either. The list is jobs we sourced that show the pay.
