Perplexity's sales organization is growing fast, and our sellers need the right content, tools and AI workflows to win. As our first Sales Enablement Operations Manager, you'll be the strategic partner and builder behind how Perplexity's sales team finds, uses and learns from content.

This role is both strategic and hands-on.
You'll work with the Sales Enablement Lead to define our content management strategy, including whether to build on Perplexity's own AI platform or buy a dedicated tool.
Then you'll build it, run it and keep improving it.
You'll also build AI skills, plugins and workflows that make reps and managers faster and more effective every day.
This is a foundational hire. We're looking for someone who can grow into a leadership role as the enablement function scales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help shape content and knowledge strategy

Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead to define the long-term content management strategy for the sales team, from

requirements

to the build-vs-buy decision.

Work alongside the Sales Enablement Lead on the evaluation: gather stakeholder needs, assess options (including Perplexity Computer and third-party platforms), model costs and tradeoffs, and shape a joint recommendation to sales leadership.
Design the content architecture: taxonomy, ownership, governance, approval workflows and lifecycle (create, review, update, retire).
