At Perplexity, we're changing how the world finds answers. In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to turn knowledge into action, and behind all of that is the technology infrastructure that keeps a fast-moving company running.

We're looking for an IT Engineer who is early in their career and wants to learn and grow quickly.
You'll join a small, high-impact IT team and help build the systems and automations that keep everyone moving.
We want someone who ramps fast, reaches for AI first and doesn't wait to be told what to fix.
You'll use AI tools daily to build a world-class AI-native IT platform.
This role is hybrid at our San Francisco office.

What you'll do

Use Perplexity's Computer to build foundational AI automations, custom skills, and workflows that run IT at scale.
Instrument and tune our agentic IT ticketing system: spot trends, track KPIs, and engineer agent behavior to resolve requests quickly.
Give employees great day-to-day IT support, in person and remotely, across hardware, accounts, and SaaS apps.
Build and promote self-service tools across the company.
Contribute to IT projects across endpoint management, identity and access management (IAM), and our IT back end.
